Phase 7 “great Argentinian sci-fi dark comedy, with a horror & apocalypse touch”

Phase 7 (Fase 7 in Spanish) is a dark Argentinian sci-fi comedy on the background of a mysterious pandemic & apocalyptic disaster. I enjoyed a lot the human touch of the characters. A block of apartments is quarantined by the government due to a mysterious incident. Soon after, the life of the inhabitants spirals out of control. The dynamic and fight between the neighbors remembered me a little about the Common Wealth 2002 Spanish movie (aka La Comunidad).
